Summer – The biggest Larimer Square event of the summer is the Chalk Art Festival, a free tow-day event that gathers more than 200 artists to transform the historic streets of the square into a museum of chalk art.
Fall – When the weather starts to cool, things are just heating up in Larimer Square. The annual MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) Firefighter Chili Cook Off gathers hundreds of chefs from fire stations in Denver and around the country and letting them go head-to-head to see whose chili reigns supreme. The annual tradition typically raises over $100,000 for Muscular Dystrophy research and awareness. Try some great chili while supporting a great cause!
Winter – During the holiday season, Larimer Square transforms into a winter wonderland with twinkling lights and festive decorations that add a touch of magic to your holiday shopping.
